Hi Girlies. Today’s lesson is to be active. Play, jump, skip, run, ride. Move that body. Stretch those muscles. It is not new information that it is important to stay active. It’s good for your body, your heart, your mind, and your soul. It’s a great stress reliever. It’s important for a good night’s sleep. As kids, you’re always on the move. Man, are you always on the move! It is a beautiful thing. But as you get older, it can be harder to stay active, because of other demands on your time. Find the time. Find something you like – swimming, sports, running, yoga, walking, whatever you like and keep moving. It’s just plain good.
